Prosegur Cash included in Standard & Poor's sustainability yearbook for first time

Madrid, 19 February 2026.- Prosegur Cash, an international benchmark in value logistics and cash management, has been included for the first time in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, which selects the companies with the best results in corporate sustainability within their respective sectors. The listed subsidiary of the Prosegur Group, which has a total S&P ESG rating of 59/100, is the only company in its sector this year, Private Security, reflecting Prosegur Cash's commitment to the criteria set out in its Sustainability Master Plans.

The inclusion of Prosegur Cash in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 reflects the company's performance during 2025 in the environmental, social and corporate governance fields, and is a seal of reputation and transparency, allowing the financial markets to identify companies with less exposure to risks and greater long-term resilience.

The results of the annual report are based on a Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), a rigorous process that measures the sustainability performance of companies using comparable criteria by sector, based on more than 130 metrics, from decarbonization to business ethics and human talent.

The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 evaluates companies that rank in the top 15% of their sector based on their CSA score and that tally close to that of the best-performing company within their sector. More than 8,500 companies from 59 industries have participated in the assessment process, of which only about 800 have been selected for inclusion.

With a workforce of around 60,000 and more than 600 locations spread across 36 countries on four continents, Prosegur Cash has been able to integrate environmental, social and governance criteria into its management model through policies aimed at reducing environmental impact, generating quality employment and managing risks in line with international sustainability standards.

The company has also developed a range of services ranging from comprehensive cash management and securities logistics to technological solutions such as digitization of processes and custody services for digital assets, as well as transformation products.

Welcoming this latest milestone, Antonio Rubio, Secretary General of Prosegur, said: "The inclusion of Prosegur Cash in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 highlights the coherence of our strategy in this area with the evaluation criteria used by analysts and investors, while reflecting our continued efforts to integrate sustainability and good governance factors across the board in our daily operations."

Inclusion in the yearbook is understood as an indicator of positioning against comparable sustainable practices within the commercial services and supply sector, contributing to the company's visibility in sustainability-oriented market analyses and decisions.
