SUCCESS FACTORS IN TALENT MANAGEMENT
AT PROSEGUR CASH
These are the breakthroughs in the Talent Plan in 2018:
The percentage of female employees continues on the rise thanks to the efforts of recent years and women now represent 16.3 percent of all workers. As an essential measure to guarantee the effective equality between men and women, Prosegur Cash has an Equality Plan in place, whereby Prosegur Cash undertakes to ensure the inexistence of direct or indirect gender-related discrimination, especially in connection with motherhood, fatherhood, assumption of family obligations and marital status. The scope of the Equality Plan, as per Statute 3/2007, is limited to Spain. These are the main measures:
Information and sensitization of staff in respect of the family reconcilement measures that are available.
Contribution of the Equality Plan and Harassment Prevention Protocol to Workers' Representatives and/or staff delegates.
Inclusion of the commitment to gender equality in job offers.
Inclusion of the Equality Plan on the organization's Intranet.
Incorporation of a copy of the Equality Plan and the Harassment Prevention Protocol, as well as the conducts that are prohibited at the workplace, for every 100 service employees.
ACCESSIBLE, UNIVERSAL TRAINING
Permanent training for the staff at Prosegur Cash is one of the foundations that makes its service offer stand apart, as well as representing a source of empowerment and personal and professional development for employees.
On its online platform, Prosegur Cash offers the Prosegur Corporate University, a virtual area where professionals can share their knowledge, sharing in the company's values, developing their talent and furthering their specialization via a shared culture. On this online platform, which was started in 2006 and was optimized in 2018 through the implementation of Cornerstone (an e-learning platform integrating collaborative tools and learning metrics), Prosegur offers a distinct and heterogeneous catalogue of courses as part of the professional development plans for employees, which can vary by territory, adapting to the needs and requirements of every country and business.
